Lisa passed away on the 2nd of January 2004
at home embraced in the arms of her mum and dad
her brave fight with cancer was over 4 years.
Lisa never gave up hope and never lost her smile.

This Memorial site is dedicated to my daughter Lisa who was lost to us on the 2nd of January 2004 after a 4 year battle with bone cancer.
Lisa was an inspiration to all who knew her she had a great sense of humour and a big smile a very loving daughter and devoted to her son Conner.
MY DREAM

My dream is to wake up from this nightmare
My dream is to wake up in the morning have a wash blow dry my hair,Make myself look pretty.
My dream is not to care
Not to worry not for my life to be over in such a hurry
To stroll around to be free to be free of this nightmare
I want to wake up on a morning take care of my son
take him to school and watch him run
To put on my new coat and my perfume just to escape this life of gloom.
I wander what its like to live a normal life to feel normal inside
I want to smile again but how can i smile knowing nothing but pain
I would like a job a lovely normal life nothing special just life.
Money and looks are nothing happiness is everything.
Please god happiness to me bring.
I want to wear my boots again to carry my posh handbag I want to walk so far my feet hurt but its never gonna happen only in my dream!
I wake up and shout Conner its time for school we have a little
row because he dosn`t want to get up.
I make his breakfast and whilst he`s eating it i get myself ready
have a wash brush my hair and when im ready its Conners turn
I have to send him up a second time for a wash.
We get our coats on and set of for school the smell of fresh air is
lovely,we may walk we may catch a bus its up to Conner
I watch him go into school then i make my way home
When i get home i tidy up i then if i have some money go to town
I love shopping i allso visit my mum for a cupper and
